1. SAP (Dominion Energy) Aug 2022 – Oct 2022
Brought in as a Conversion Advisor for Audit work for the Dominion Energy implementation being done by Accenture. As an SAP advisor was needed to look at all aspects of the Data Conversion process. The requirement was to improve data load time by applying Performance tuning techniques (including buffering tables and number ranges, commits, enhancements etc.) to ensure improved performance. The Load execution process was reviewed, and necessary updates were applied so that the Mock loads were executed within the cutover window.
2. Osceola and SDGE (San Diego Gas & Electric) — Jan 2020 – Apr 2021
Conversion Advisor for the CRM/CR&B implementation at SDGE in San Diego, CA. The Accenture team needed someone with expertise in CR&B Data Migration to help them with Data Conversion and Financial Loads of $450 Million. They also needed to enhance the process by making it faster after the errors were resolved. The role involved putting together a strategy for loading into ECC and replication into CRM. An optimized process was put together so the team could do load 2 million Accounts within the allocated timeframe. A list of enhancements & checks was put in place so loads would be faster and with fewer errors. Put together Critical Control reports to provide statistics for the loads.
