1. So Cal gas – Los Angeles, CA – Oct 2023 – Present

We are currently working with the client on the Vista CIS project which will help them replace the current Customer Information System (CIS) with a modern-
cloud based solution. We are helping them with Data Migration starting from pre-planning Activities like Cleansing and getting the data ready for Conversion. The
project is currently in the Design phase and our consultants are helping as Solution Architects for the complete Migration cycle.

2. London Hydro – London, ON, Canada – Apr 2023 – Dec 2023

We worked with TCS to help setup the Data Migration Strategy for a greenfield ISU implementation at London Hydro, Londo Ontario in Canada. Advisor and guide on the complete process from Tool selection to the ETL process. We worked with the functional teams to discuss the criteria for selecting the data to be converted.

3. SDGE – San Diego Gas and Electric – San Diego, CA – Jan 2020 – Apr 2021

Working with the Client and the Accenture Team to successfully help with Data Conversion of all Financial Information ($450 Million) from Legacy CIS system to S/4 Hana. Financial Information included all Account Balances, Security Deposits, Installment Plans, Write-off’s, Budget plans, Payments etc. Critical Control reports were run to ensure that all Financial data was brought across correctly. The Project GO-Live was in April 2021.

4. SAP and INFOSYS @ SCE- So Cal Edison- LA, CA – Feb 2020 – July 2021

We worked with Infosys on ISU S/4 HANA implementation at SCE. We were part of the Data Migration team and helped them execute Mock and other data loads. We also helped with performance optimization which ensured that the loads happened in a defined cutover window.

5. EY @ FPL – Gulf Power, Miami, FL – Nov 2018 – Feb 2020

Vantive is proud to have worked with EY on their first SAP CR&B implementation which ran from Nov 2018 to Jan 2020. Vantive was the Data Migration SME on EY’s IS-Utilities SAP S4 HANA implementation for Gulf Power. The project was also unique that it was the first SAP S4 HANA implementation which has gone live in the US.

Vantive was also responsible for providing BODS expertise to the Extract team for extracting migration object load files to be loaded into SAP. We also led the effort in planning and executing multiple Mock and DR loads with great success.

Vantive was also part of the core EY and FPL team that executed the PILOT phase and the first ISU CR&B SAP S4 HANA Go-live in the Country along with EY and the FPL team.
